Marina and Charlotte were an absolute dream to meet! They were so patient, professional and just a pleasure to speak with - I was never rushed and the attention was authentic. Very good clients since more than 15 years at Hermes. Went in to ask for the ‚châles‘ and we were treated by an arrogant sales woman like we’ve never ever been to the store and like we didn’t know what we were talking about. She informed us that the products we were asking for were expensive (like we did not know). All while we were wearing Hermes bags, shoes and jewelry during our visit. A truly shocking experience. Visiter une maison comme Hermès devrait être une expérience mémorable, et ça l’a été, mais pour de mauvaises raisons. L’accueil était froid, le regard désapprobateur, et surtout la vendeuse s’est permis de toucher mes bijoux sans la moindre demande de ma part, tout en se permettant de les commenter. J’ai été très déçue par mon expérience en boutique Hermès. L’accueil a été froid et peu professionnel. J’ai eu le sentiment d’être ignorée malgré ma présence en magasin, sans aucune attention ni considération. Ce type de service ne correspond pas à l’image que l’on attend d’une maison comme Hermès. Expérience vraiment décevante.
De Hermès in Saint-Tropez is een van de betere uitingen van het merk buiten Parijs. De boetiek bevindt zich op de Rue Général Allard in een prachtig gerestaureerd herenhuis en de zomercollectie is specifiek voor het seizoen samengesteld.
