Je suis très décu de la prise en charge et de la considération que portent les vendeuses de cette boutique. Cela fait deux fois que je quitte la boutique au bout de 20 minutes d’attente sans que je puisse réaliser un achat voire même être renseigné. On nous dit « monter à l’étage» puis plus rien. A ce sujet, la boutique d’Aix en Provence n’a rien a envier à celle de St tropez. Je déconseille fortement !

I’m honestly tired to be treated as I was given a favor to be able to buy something - and at Hermes St Tropez I feel many sales people are like this. I went there to get something I purchased online bc it wasnt available in store. They did thiugh pick up the package very quickly. However , i had to wait over one hour to pick up the good, bc they do a 1:30hs lunch pause…. From 13:30-15hs…
