liked this branch, they have a separate pop up only for shoes. My sales associate was great but unfortunately there isn’t much in my sizes even though I was asking for normal leather chypres, orans and oasis. I only found pair of chypres that I liked and bought but for such a big branch I expected better stock and variety.

Ušla sam u trgovinu, ponašali su se kao da me nema, čak nisu htjeli odgovarati na postavljena pitanja. Nažalost, situacija je slična posvuda u Hermes trgovinama, gužvi uopće više nema i nitko ništa ne kupuje jer se i nema što kupiti. Mislim da će morati poradaiti na odnosu s klijentima jer sam od puno ljudi čula da se je Hermes počeo zaobilaziti u širokom luku. Za Hermes Amsterdam mogu samo reći da je vrlo neugodno i razočaravajuće iskustvo!

Super cool architecture but the hour wait time is crazy. The door lady was very plesant - i could not do her job... the shoe store was rude and unhelpful. The hour wait time is odd especially since shoes are in another location and they are pretty much oit of stock on everything... this was a friday at 12:00 so imagine a Saturday. 2.5 - 5. Go for the architecture dont expect to find what you want.

I waited for almost an hour and eventually left simply because I was tired of waiting. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating. For a store of this level, I really don’t understand how there can be so few staff members available to assist customers. Waiting nearly an hour just to be helped is unreasonable, especially for a luxury brand like Herm�s. Unfortunately, the service was far below what I would expect from Herm�s.
