I visited the Hermès in Cannes at the start of the Film Festival and was assisted by Jonathan. I was looking for a Picotin 18 and got a beautiful shade in dark chocolate. Je viens récupérer les sandales Himalaya neuves de mon épouse qui étaient déjà en réparation depuis 6 mois on me les rend sans la boîte ….. ce magasin n’a vraiment aucun respect de la clientèle. Un dernier conseil commercial «arrêtez de demander au client ce que vous pouvez faire pour lui» vous n’en faites qu’à votre tête et je vous l’ai déjà prouvé
