I stumbled upon this boutique by pure chance — and what a delightful surprise it was. Madame Anne-Marie welcomed me with such warmth and kindness, turning an ordinary visit into a truly memorable experience. Her gracious and attentive service made me feel incredibly valued as a guest. 他の空港のエルメスでは素敵な買い物時間を過ごすことが出来ましたが、ここは店員全員の態度が最悪でした。こんな人達から大切な買い物をする価値がないと思います。 挨拶も無い、人種差別とせっかくの旅行の最後に最悪な思い出になりました。

星0です。入店しても挨拶すらなくスタッフ3名が集まって雑談をし続けて完全無視。こちらから必要なものを声掛け。出してはくれましたが、購入を断ると表情が一変。他に〇〇も見せて欲しいと尋ねると「ない。」の一言。帰れ、と言わんばかり。冷やかしではなく購入するつもりだっただけに腹立たしくなり退店しました。こちらにも選ぶ権利はあります。ブランド価値を損ねるスタッフは不要です。

We received poor service from the sales lady. When we asked for assistance in showing us the available slippers, she responded rudely, saying, “Indicate what you want because I cannot keep going in and out of the warehouse!” This unprofessional and unacceptable behavior does not align with the standards of Hermes, where customers purchasing luxury items should be treated with respect and excellent service.
