I visited the Hermes store at terminal 3 Heathrow airport. Was served by Asma who was exceptionally professional, welcoming and warm. She has a flair about her customer service which instantly makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I liked her suggestions and input in my purchased as well.
Asma in Terminal 3 was truly wonderful. She was incredibly kind and helped me find the exact products I was looking for. Whenever I am in Heathrow, I will come back and see Asma!
