I was in the shop May 30th, 2026 and we explored and tried various sandals with my friend. Her size is 37 and mine is 37.5/38. During the visit, the SA brought us wrong sizes/models all along mixing up each of our requests. I did not mind this at the time. When I untied the box today to wear the sandals that I thought I bought, I was shocked to see that they wrapped me 37, instead of my 37.5. Personnel charmant, bienveillant et accueillant. À Marseille, détestable ! J'ai accompagné ma fille une fois. Je n'y remettrai jamais les pieds. Elle devait faire nettoyer un foulard.
