My wife and I went in to have my Hermes belt modified. We were taken care of by an absolutely delightful woman called Emanuelle. She couldn’t have been more lovely, extremely welcoming and very kind with our dog. I highly recommend the shop, absolutely wonderful staff and a very well kept and clean environment.
I have very good experiences at Hermes Crans-Montana. Came here nine years ago, a gentleman assisted us (can’t recall his name), it was wonderful! This time revisited again and met a new SA, her name is Emmanuelle, very very helpful and warm!
The best Hermes branch I’ve been to. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kimi she’s amazing 💕
