My last two visits to this store have been appalling. I picked up my bag this week and was greeted by a lovely man at the door and the cashier was very kind. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the SA who was serving me. I was not offered a simple refreshment, basic protocol? The ladies before me didn’t purchase any item and were offered and this is always the case for myself regardless of purchase. I did not hear a courteous hi how has your day been? Nothing.
