Returned two sandals over a month ago (July 24th) and haven't heard a single word from them since. They gave me reference numbers but then... nothing. Apparently they send everything to Paris for "verification" which sounds like an excuse for terrible organization. Whatever their process is, keeping customers in the dark for over a month is just unacceptable. For the prices they charge, you'd expect basic communication. I am a regular and loyal customer of Hermès, and I typically enjoy the service and atmosphere at the Sloane Street boutique. However, I was extremely disappointed by an experience I had today — and sadly, it’s not the first time it has happened with the same staff member. I visited the boutique to find trousers to match my Hermès shirt and was told by the hostess that a bag delivery I was expecting might arrive between 10:30 and 11:00.
