This is a brilliant vets practice. Sara, Becky, Jill and all the team are wonderful, friendly and care deeply about animals. Recently, when our guinea pig fudge died, we received a lovely heart-felt card from the practice - which was deeply appreciated. As a practice, Heritage Vets are really engaged with the community and participate in lots of events. All in all, a great practice and we are very happy that they take great care of our pets
Having had an unfortunate few months of significant illness for two of our animal family, it absolutely feels so fortunate to have them registered at Heritage Vets, where each encounter with the HV team has given us the confidence that our precious animal family are in the best of hands. New customer and very happy with heritage vets thus far. Good opening times, and pleased with our vet Tom who explained everything and was happy to answer any questions we had about Luna’s treatment. Also very impressed by their email service who are quick to answer any queries. The vet also had water out for the dogs which was a nice touch.
