I have a gable house with an original 1900's roof. Battered by the weather from three directions and sick of yearly repairs. Decided to bite the bullet and replace it. Gav came out from Heritage. I liked him straight away. The price was very competitive and decided to go ahead. The quality of the work is top notch and he kept me updated throughout the job. Gavin and the team at Heritage were excellent from initial quote to final delivery. The team worked quickly to remove our flat roof, which was in a bad state, and replace it with new boards, insulation and a covering. Gavin took his time to explain problems, provide his recommendations and listen to us. We felt valued as customers and the team provided updates and photos of the before and after.
