Just bought a maxima. Our salesman Rock was great. I did not like his manager Chris. He used a lot of high pressure tactics and lied. When I asked him what was his best price he told me. When I got a cheaper price emailed from another dealership he could all of sudden match it. It's either your best price or it's not. Not a good experience with him. However everyone else was awesome. Our salesman and everyone other than Chris was the reason I didn't walk out.
Everyone was very friendly. I told Gee exactly what I was expecting and what I wouldn't tolerate and he was very accommodating. He showed is exactly what we wanted and was not pushy at all. Thank you for a peaceful experience buying a car.
Best car buying experience ever!!! We live in Lafayette, LA and my wife was visiting her family in North Georgia. Long story short, my wife needed a new vehicle to get back as the one she was driving was done. I have always feared and have had a stereotypical perception of having to do business with a dealership. Not the case here.
