Where to begin with this company. This is a review of Carriage group, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Kia, not just any one lot. In 2012 I purchased a used 2006.5 Kia Optima LX V6. It was my first car purchase, and I was admittedly unprepared and naive. The car had 101k miles on the clock at the time. Would not recommend , worst experience ever. Wasted 2 days on there lies.
Horrible experience! Nobody should come here to buy a car! If you buy a car here, be prepared to have your temporary tag expire and drive all the way to the tag office to go pick up a tag and pay more money for a tag that is not already covered in the deal! Carriage blames the tag office for not notifying us that the tag was ready for pickup, which could have happened but we were never told by carriage what to expect in the first place when getting your permanent tag. I wasn't intending on buying a car on the morning I went into Carriage Nissan; but they made an offer I couldn't refuse! My salesman Juan was fantastic! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a reputable dealer, so I was very nevous. He was easy to talk, not pushy or smug. He made my first time car buying experience painless and easy! Needless to say, I LOVE MY NISSAN VERSA!!! I would recommend anyone go to Carrige Nissan, especially if you are building or re-building your credit, you won't regret it!!!
