I came into your establishment on Thursday 10/20 and was waited on immediately as I pulled in by Rep Brandy Ray her customer service was awesome she went above and beyond explaining what I had concerns about, I guess the filter for my truck had to be ordered and she kept me informed with every step that it had been ordered, then on the way and when the mechanic had it and was working on my truck.. They are crooks!! Never return calls. Tried bullying my husband and I into buying a car. Could not get the deal done after telling us we were financed called us 3 weeks later for us to bring the car back we did bring the car back and they have yet to refund our down payment. Never do business with these people. They are liars and crooks!!!!!!
We had an appt to have tires rotated for one of our 2014 Nissan Sentras and when we arrived a little late everyone was very friendly and understanding. We asked if while we were there they could check both sets of keys for our other 2014 Nissan Sentra since we had it there too. We have been having trouble with the keys communicating with the push start feature. They were more than happy to check on this for us. This dealership is awful. The customer service is terrible. I went for an oil change and got a complimentary car wash, which sounded great. After leaving the dealership, I noticed what looked like chemical burns on the trim of my vehicle. After calling the manager, Kevin I believe, basically called me a liar and said there was no way it happened there. He was extremely rude. I paid for free oil changes for a year, but after this experience, I'd rather pay to have professionals do it instead of the rude, unprofessional staff ... read more
