Everyone was very courteous and upbeat , no pressure from sales team Kelly was great hopefully will be purchasing another car this week
Your staff helped take a stressful situation and turned it into a pleasurable one. I was in an accident and my car was a total loss. Therefore was in need of getting another car. From the moment I called and spoke with the salesman Kelly, to coming in and working with him, Carl, Rafael and Katie. Each step was great, each person very knowledgeable, articulate and well represents the company. This was one of the easiest deals I have ever done, and by far exceeded my expectations.
Absolutely the worse place to buy a vehicle and far as having a car fixed through warranty work is a joke. Have been jack around from the start. I was promised and lied to when I initially bought the vehicle on several items that was suppose to be included which I have never received. Highly don't recommend this dealership at all. It's a shame they advertise on a Christian radio station that they want your business and will take care of you. I guess if you are rich or a celebrity then you treated right and taken care. I feel like they tried to screw my over because I'm a woman and went by myself. I told them what I wanted and was shown a car where the passenger door wouldn't open. Definitely made me rethink doing business there anytime soon. My sales rep was awesome! Very sweet and carried my daughters car seat for me while I was holding my oldest daughter!
great rice on the oil change and the recall items you brought up and fixed
I went in Saturday to get an oil change and tires rotated. I had an appointment for 8:15. I got there at 8:00. I was there over 2 hours. I had a coupon for a $39.00 oil cahnge and tire rotation. I don't think I'll get future oil changes there. My time is more valuable than the few dollars I saved on the oil change.
Kero is a great guy to deal with very nice and polite no pressure
