Came in today to look for a new car. Salesman Juan Cavazos helped me. He was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. I had a great experience. Out of all the times I have bought a car or been with someone purchasing a car, he has to be one of the best sales men I have met. First impressions are still very important! Jake the Service Department Rep. was/is a super nice guy! However, it’s unfortunate the Tech overlooked specific requests pertaining to tire inflation. In addition to overlooking my requests, my tires are out of balance worse now than when I dropped the car off. While these are minor issues, it’s still an big inconvenience to make a second trip to correct the issues. Plus the tires didn’t even get rotated!..
