I really wish I’d read these comments before buying from Carriage. I bought a used Juke from them. The center console needed fixing and I put on the contract that they would fix it as a condition of the sale . The sales manager signed it. After three months of what I can now only describe as stringing me along , they finally said they had the part and would fix it . I purchased my very on first car through Carriage Nissan 2 days ago and I couldn't be more satisfied with the vehicle I chose. The sales man was Edgar and he done an amazing job at leading me in the right direction. Well mannered, encouraging, and was very patient with me. Would I recommend anyone to carriage Nissan? Yes I definitely would and when you go ask for Edgar he's pretty amazing!!
Dezmond Miller has excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, patient and very thorough during my test drives. Ronnie Lewis also assisted in my car experience, he personally accommodated everything, down to the color of the car! Together they found an excellent car for me and gave me an astounding car buying experience.
