The people were wonderful. The thing is how long it took to get thru the process seeing as how I was already preapproved for my vehicle. However my suv is wonderful and I love it. Thank you all for your help! Will definitely come back when I need another vehicle!!!!
Great salesman. Young eager to work for us. Not pushy, very laid back friendly folks. Detail department Little off. Car still had glue from sticker on black widow. Inside little not wiped down as well as could be. It’s black hard to see maybe. Overall good dealership.
STOP CALLING ME !!! LEAVE ME ALONE !! You see I went in to see if they could help me get a car because my car had broke down on July 2 2018. Salesman told me that since my car was broken down and that the bank could not finance me a good used car they wanted to put me in a new car 2018 Nissan versa. They payments was gonna be $500. a month. Told him I could not afford that because I am a single parent and my budget was tight. So he lower the price to $489. ???? I had a bad experience with sales staff after the purchase and the pre-owned cat had lots of problems.
Jake Law, ALexis and other staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable in the service dept. My truck drives like it's brand new and the ride is smooth. The only reason I did not give 5⭐️ Is because the Hispanic ladies at the check out window never smiled and when I said, "Have a Happy July 4th." They snorted and then rolled their eyes. I felt hurt and extremely disrespected at that moment.
Horrible experience. Never saw a business that couldn't give full financial costs to a potential buyer. Was in their show room twice. Four days of asking and they never could even tell me what sales tax would be on the lease. It's not like I asked hard questions like how much would be the payoff at lease end or disposition fees. The kicker was this afternoon when they sent an email at 5:03PM saying their offers ended at 8PM (the website said the offer was good thru 7/09/2018). Wow, was I just done right! Brought my car in for warranty work and the part they had ordered for my car had already been used on another. Without me having to do anything they gave me the other items I brought my car in for for FREE! Transmission service and synthetic oil change FREE! That’s how you treat people! Thank you!
Still waiting on a promised part for my daughter’s car purchased back in February. No matter who we talk to, no one calls us back as they say they will. Disappointed with their customer service. ��
