Very disappointed in Carriage Nissan. Called to get info about my 100,000 mile warranty and service guy wouldn't help me. Called another dealership and they found the info in 2 minutes. Called back to speak to a manager and no one called me back. I have been a customer for over 2 years but I guess I won't be one anymore.
So very kind, an helpful, when I bought my Rogue, they were very nice, respectful. I have been doing buisness, with carriage for 3 yrs, I would recomend to my friends. God bless
I did not realize that such deceptive practices still took place today. Price on the phone was not price at dealership, so we left, frustrated. The next day, we get an apologetic email from someone claiming to be the owner's son (Sales Manager Chris Stanford) who claimed a mistake was made in finance about the internet quote (never talked to finance manager, never had an internet quote) the deception continued! The owner's name is David Basha and Chris is not his son. What a pack of liars!

Although I did have a horrible horrible experience at Carriage Mitsubishi, Sharon Seiter at Carriage Nissan did absolutely everything she could to make up for that experience! She did everything she could to make sure I was happy and to make sure I or no one else had an experience like it again! This is customer service to the T! Well had to take my 2012 dodge challenger back today because they messed something up and not telling us everything and they were lying like crazy about the whole thing I would never get a car from there even if it was free!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible place to buy a car from
