I had bought a 2022 plate VW Golf with 5000 miles from VW Heritage of Yeovil, the biggest mistake of my life, for a nearly new car the amount of issues I have had is very disappointing. I spoke to head of business Adrian and car sales manager Neil to reject the car but although I reported initial fault under 6 months they are still not willing to honour a rejection, however they do accept I shouldn’t have been given a car with so many faults, they are happy to part exchange my car at 3k less and get me in another car for 2k... read more
