I don't have any complaints about the doctors at this practice. My issue today was with the staff. I've had a change in insurance and they were having difficulty verifying coverage. Fair enough. These things happen and usually I'm very understanding. What I didn't like was being told they would still see me today if I agreed to self-pay. Sorry, I'm not doing that when I'm already paying insurance premiums on a plan where I have $0 copay.
