very unhappy with the treatment provided at ENT in Franklin. feel like I have been abandoned. They keep saying it will get better.... nope still same infection 3 weeks post surg, given the same antibiotics for the 3rd time. Now they haven't worked the first 2 times, I have no confidence that they will work now. I was told prior to surg that the infection could RECUR within the first 6-8 weeks not that I would have the same infection constantly for the 6-8 weeks! Sorry I ever went there. I really am. RecommendedAll the doctors here are very attentive. I’ve never had trouble getting appointments, which is especially important when I have a sick baby! I use this group for all my medical needs. The new office in Cool Springs is also great. Easy parking and love that all our family’s doctors are in the same building.
I love Dr Witherspoon and her MA at the Hermitage office but I had to deal with a front desk person today regarding a bill and she was rude and arrogant. She told me they don't verify coverage (pre-cert) and that it's my job to check with my insurance if something is covered. When she said my insurance was put in wrong, she said mistakes can be made.
