Dont bother going to Dr. Shaw for your thyroid. She will just ignore your symptoms and refer you to your PCP even though she is an endocrinologist. I could have saved a trip and just seen my PCP had I known that.
I see two doctors here...Dr. Amy Shaw (Thyroid) and Dr. Craig Martin (OBGYN)...both are wonderful! I have had nothing but good experiences in my 5 or so years of dealing with them. The nurses are always friendly and the rooms are always clean. Would recommend them and have recommended them to many.
My daughter had surgery with Dr. Huber. She was only a year old and couldn't eat beforehand, so it would have been nice for him to show up on time, but of course he was late (like over 20 minutes late) for it. A nurse gave her medication she wasn't supposed to have and then tried to lie about it and say she didn't get any. Then, today, we went for her follow up appointment, only to arrive at a closed office and a note on the door saying they closed early for Thanksgiving with no notice to us. So personable, so clean, and so spot on with taking care of my child.
I personally have been going to The Heritage Medical Group for years. Sam, my husband sees Dr. Meyer and we think he is absolutely the greatest. Thank you for a staff of great nurses and front desk. They are so kind.
