Heritage replaced most of the windows our house and we are very happy with the finished result . The men were great . Always on time . Tidy , efficient and helpful . From the initial measurements and quote to the last day there was no stress. Everything went very smoothly with no problems . The quality of the carpentry , leaded glass and fittings is superb . I can recommend Heritage 100% .

We have been very pleased with the new windows fitted by Heritage, and doing business with your company generally. Jack and Hayden were friendly and adaptable, and kept us informed throughout the week they were here. They prepared each box thoroughly before fitting the new sashes, and once the work was completed, there is a real difference in terms of warmth and quiet. We would recommend the company to others.
Definitely recommend heritage. We had a couple of quotes for a replacement of our 1920’s front door, all similar prices but heritage were the only ones who were thorough in reviewing our options and realistic about what was possible when working with our old frame. The team throughout have been great at communicating and a pleasure to have on site. The door itself now installed is beautiful and exactly what we hoped for.
Thank you to Jack and Hayden from Heritage Window Solutions for doing a wonderful job replacing our old, single glazed, sliding sash windows with brand new double glazed versions. We needed three bedroom windows replacing, but as we wanted to keep the original stained wooden frames, which someone many years previously had painstakingly restored, we only wanted the sliding sashes replacing.
