As always, Heritage Ford of South Burlington, Vermont provided excellent, and courteous service for my F150... Restrooms, and canteen area was clean and plenty of complimentary fresh coffee...

These folks do a great job! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my used truck, and when I needed to bring it in for service they took care of the issues immediately. Bought a used escape from Heritage Ford today. Kevin Dowd was awesome!! Always a great place to deal with.
A few years ago we bought our used Jeep Liberty with heritage ford, our sales man was Kevin dowd and he was wonderful! I don't like sales guys basically forcing me to buy from them and not even being able to look at a car with out them breathing down your neck. Kevin gave us time to look and make decisions but was always there when needed! We love the heritage team and will be back when its time for a new purchase! Keep up the good work!
