I’ve had a lease with ford for almost 2 years now. I’ve worked with Kyle Owen throughout the whole experience. I’ve never had such great service from anyone. Ford itself is a great company and I’ll always recommend it and stick with them! As for Kyle Owen, best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Thank you Ford, and thank you Kyle!

There sense of scheduling cars for maintenance is horrible, if they schedule a car for 8:00am appointment one would think the car would be ready for 3:45. Putting it off is not a way to treat Loyal customers who have to wait an hour before it’s ready.

We apologize for the wait you experienced. Vehicles are either left with us for the day or customers can wait for the work to be completed. When vehicles are left with us for the day they are worked on throughout the day. Typically a vehicle left for the day is dropped off prior to 9 a.m. and picked up between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. I'm sorry this wasn't made clear ahead of time.
When I walked in the door someone asked me if I wanted any water, tea or coffee. I talked to Bill about a car. Easy process. I come home tomorrow with my NEW car.
Fantastic customer service, I truly feel that the service staff has my best interest at heart. They really stepped up today and made a situation right that they easily could have backed away from...I sure appreciate it, and will happily come back!

Every time I go to this establishment people are friendly and personable. I have taken my car back a few times now and always receive the best service. They are very professional and always go above and beyond.
