I purchased a 2007 Chev Trailblazer 3 weeks ago. The car had only 57,000 miles on it, and two previous owners.Never test drive the vehicle. It was up on a lift having transmission lines replaced. The dealership would deliver the car to me in New York two days after purchased. Tried to get vehicle serviced last week due to sounds when brakes were applied. This would have been detected on a test drive and addressed. After multiple calls, texts, emails no call back from anyone in the sales department. Not very happy

I would highly recommend heritage ford. The staff is so kind and caring. Dave sturgeon worked with my husband and I and treated us like friends/family. On July 27,2016 I bought a one-owner 2009 Mercury Milan Premier. Two years later and I am happy to say this has been the absolute best used car I have ever bought. This car has been 100% problem free! Aside from tires,oil changes and a first time complete brake job at 95,000 miles,I have not put one cent in this vehicle! Excellent sales and service. Dave Sturgeon is a honest no pressure sales person, I came in told him I wanted a new truck and didn't want to deal with a bunch of bs. Dave made it happen with the price I was looking for with no back and forth. Communication between departments is great, I can call or text my sales guy(Dave Sturgeon) and he takes the time out of his day to talk with the service department about my issues and develop a plan for any service needed.
