Very dirty cars never cleaned
Ian was very helpful when we needed to replace a car at short notice. He got us a great trade in price on a non runner and then went the extra mile to make sure the car we bought from him was all good and fully checked over with a clean MOT. Very happy😊
Bought a Touareg with is company .Before the three month warranty expired a suspension air bag blue . Ian would not respond to texts or answer my calls . Avoid as they won’t help you if there’s a problem!!!
Other half bought a kia sportage £3500, had issues which were sorted but 4 months on piston springs gone gonna cost us well over a £1000, have attempted calling several times, and emailed twice but now know one will answer the phone, and emails ignored. avoid
I bought a Vauxhall Insignia (2013 plate) in and it drove beautifully. Had it 2 months then the engine suffered a catastrophic failure due to a snapped cam shaft. “Don’t you mean snapped cam belt?” I hear you say. No! It’s not a typo, the cam snapped, the engine died. Car was warranted for 3 months. In fairness to the garage (dealership), they did attempt to fit a reconditioned engine, but alas to no avail.
