If there’s a problem with your car they will lie and ignore you to try and run your warranty down , give it a few days and there will be a positive review as that seems to be the pattern , why they can’t just do what they say is mind blowing
Very dirty cars never cleaned
Ian was very helpful when we needed to replace a car at short notice. He got us a great trade in price on a non runner and then went the extra mile to make sure the car we bought from him was all good and fully checked over with a clean MOT. Very happy😊
Bought a Touareg with is company .Before the three month warranty expired a suspension air bag blue . Ian would not respond to texts or answer my calls . Avoid as they won’t help you if there’s a problem!!!
Other half bought a kia sportage £3500, had issues which were sorted but 4 months on piston springs gone gonna cost us well over a £1000, have attempted calling several times, and emailed twice but now know one will answer the phone, and emails ignored. avoid
