I was told to avoid this garage, but as they had the van I wanted with low mileage, I went ahead and bought it. I can’t say anything positive and the salesman has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with, constant lies and ignoring communication. Absolutely awful and unprofessional approach to dealing with two vulnerable and disabled adults trying to sort a Motability agreement. Complete lack of communication; no response to emails or calls and according to Motability support completely out of order in distorting the Motability process by taking £250 upfront payment. Motability advise cancelling the whole order whilst they investigate. Will be pursuing small claims for the £250. Avoid at all cost!
