Quick and easy
We loved our stay in The Hen House. It had everything we needed and was gorgeous and quirky. In a beautiful location overlooking the countryside with a bit of space for the kids to explore. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely cosy cottage, in a lovely peaceful location.
The property was lovely (Windermere Cottage) and a fantastic location, however I have not had the best experience with the letting company which surprises me as I've only seen good things with the reviews.... I spoke with Ian on the 27th June prior to a stay in the 25th July who confirmed a TV was being fitted in the lounge and the existing one in the bedroom would remain (as in the photos). Although Booking initially made through Booking.com ,Herdwick Cottages communicated all aspects of the stay and details of the property and surrounds which made the stay even more enjoyable .
