After meeting Dr. Gates for a consultation, I was very comfortable in moving forward with scheduling surgery. Very impressed with the staff at his office, as well as with Dr. Gates. Very clear communication to me what my surgery would entail. I was given clear written instructions for pre-op and post-op. My surgery experience was excellent. The title pretty much sums up what I look for in a Doc. Dr. Gates performed surgery on my hand yesterday. In and out in 20 minutes. Virtually no pain the next day. Highly recommend.
Dr. Gates & his staff are very efficient & professional! Wait time was reasonable. They called ahead & made sure paperwork was all correct to avoid delays. Very good experience
