Each visit has been very informative. He has been considerate of my feelings and my nervousness, never rushing me. I would recommend Dr. Gates I’m the future.
As usual, I was taken in promptly. The entire staff is inviting, friendly & professional. Anytime anyone is looking for an orthopedic/hand doctor I always recommend Dr Gates. I've been seeing Dr Gates for well over 10 years and have never been unhappy with his office, him or the results on any treatments or surgeries I gotten.
Office staff always friendly and accommodating. X-ray tech super nice and a good since of humor. I was very nervous, but was put at ease, I very pleasant office visit.
20 years ago Dr. Gates performed surgery on my ring finger and this year again on my thumb. Both times were excellent experiences with good results. I have recommended him to friends and family, all of them equally impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Gates and his staff.

Went to see Dr Gates for arthritis flair up in my thumb. He injected the joint and within a couple of days was back to normal. Very happy with his care. Office staff very friendly and helpful.
He and his office are very efficient. Appointments were booked well in advance of surgery I was told in detail what to expect.

As expected which is refreshing. I was called in at my appointment time. Dr Gates is very good at his specialty. Him and his office staff are compassionate, experienced, and true professionals. I’d highly recommend them.
