I had the best experience not only with Dr Gates, but his physical therapist. He listened to me, didn't rush the visit and helped me with my shoulder. I couldn't asked for a better outcome. His physical therapist were two of the nice people and I looked forward to therapy. They helped me so much and didn't rush me and explained things. His office staff was very pleasant. All in all it's a wonderful office.
