Dr. Gates is a down to Earth person. He actually talks to you and explains everything and answers questions.
Post thumb joint replacement i’ve had my sutures removed, Steri-Strips applied, a new mold made for my hand and wrist by the certified hand specialist and everyone there in the office from Dr. Gates to the office staff are number one in my eyes!
He & his staff were so responsive to my problem and Dr. Gates gave me 2 shots after x-rays & had a static orthosis made for my hand! I am feeling so much better.
Dr Gates and his staff are the best. I don't mind traveling 2 hrs to see him. I highly recommend him.
First time at the office, everyone was cordial, got down to business right away, everything went well, dr Gates has very nice bed side manners, got to my problem with my hands right away, next day my hands are doing fine so far with no pain.
My appointment with Dr. Gates went very well. I trust his expertise and knowledge. I also had a good experience with all of the staff, friendly and efficient.

Had a wrist surgery with great results, Dr. Gates is a no nonsense, serious doctor who gets great results, his office has super Physical Therapy Department that does wonderful rehab work. Grateful to have my surgery done by Dr. Gates and his staff.
