Great staff, friendly and helpful. Dr. Gates explained what needed to be done to my finger and the out of pocket expenses. My surgery was scheduled at my earliest convenience.

Would not trust him to treat anyone. Incompetent…and reminded of his incompetence each day I can’t use my hand. He overlooked blatant signs of a stroke and had me wait 3 and a half months to see a neurologist instead of getting me in ASAP. He should not be allowed to practice…just all around ahole. Would love to see his license revoked…reckless, cocky and just bad news.

Dr. Gates has been caring for my hand conditions for a while. Him, his wife and the staff have always been very professional and compassionate making certain my discomfort is well controlled. Calls to the practice for an appointment or shot-notice follow up visit are always accommodating without delays. Thank you all for your outstanding helping-hand!

I arrived early for my first visit with Dr. Gates. I was treated promptly and cordially by the front office staff. After being escorted to a exam room, I was informed of what to generally expect. After a short wait, I was X Rayed, then seen by Dr. Gates. Probably the best first office visit I have experienced in years!
