Both my husband and I, have had surgery from Dr. Gates. He is Number 1 in his field. He knows exactly what the issue is and does not hesitate to spend the time to explain and ensure the patient understands. He is professional, courteous and well experienced. I recommend Dr. Herbert Gates without hesitation.
The visit was short and to the point. Dr. Gates listened to me as I described my discomfort level and details of my past activities that may have a bearing on my pain/discomfort in my upper arm and into my shoulder. He injected me with cortisone and scheduled me for a CT Scan to determine what may be causing my problem. They also did some X-Rays before I visited with Dr. Gates.
Preop office visit. I was promptly greeted by the preop nurse practitioner. She carefully reviewed my upcoming surgery and Postop orders. All my questions were answered professionally and efficiently.
Just awful…not a surgeon but a savage. Each passing day I’m filled with more and more disdain for this “Doctor” and his “practice”
Very organized. Dr. Gates explains everything he is doing. Great Bedside Manner!
