Friendly and efficient office staff and great initial exam and path forward review with Dr Gates
Each visit to Dr Gates’s office was pleasant full of thorough information and developing a plan for caring for my hand. The decisions were up to me with a full understanding of my conditions. The entire office staff is welcoming and pleasant. They are patient and kind. My pre-op visit gave me a comp,eye understanding of what to expect on surgery day and follow up. I see Dr. Gates 2 to 3 times a year for a cortisone shot in my wrist. On my recent visit Dr. Gates examined my wrist as he always does. He shared with me a new procedure that I can consider if/when the day comes that cortisone shots are no longer effective. I much appreciate that Dr. Gates looks at options for me to avoid any further surgery.
Follow up visit for shoulder pain. Dr Gates last resort is surgery. Therapy and exercise significantly improved my problem.
Great doctor obviously too busy. One hour in the waiting area.
My appointment was for 8:30 am. I arrived a bit early and was taken to the examination room. Every interaction was positive.
