Would give 0 stars if possible...did not fulfill “we owe” on used car sale. Would not recommend sales nor service department and I’d be happy to provide detailed feedback to any and all who inquire to this post.
Took my vehicle to Herb Jones today for service to be completed while I was at work. Excellent fast friendly service from the service team. They even delivered my vehicle back to me at work!
Worst service I have ever experienced with the maintenance and body shop, they had my car four different times and the last time they had it for over a month and caused more problems than what I went in with, took it to Campbell Chevy in Bowling Green they fixed in one day with no charge

We've dealt with Herb Jones for over 30 years and they've always been fair and honest with their dealings. We just bought our second vehicle, 2017 Silverado, from Roberta and as always she's top notch all the way.
