Outstanding Sales & Service.
Terrible experience. 3rd time giving them a chance and still can’t get it together. We scheduled a tuneup for the car and they called to reschedule it to an earlier time. When we show up They don’t even have a technician on site. He’s at school. Their response was “well that’s what happens when the girl upstairs schedules in our department “.. not good enough for me. My son just bought a 2019 silverado last weekend! The sales associate Roberta and everyone else treated us like family! I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience that we have ever had! I will definitely buy my next vehicle there! Everything went fast and the financing was a breeze! If you need a car, truck suv! Go to Herb Jones!!!
I give them 5 Stars!! They are an amazing group of people. They are honest, friendly, courteous, and they treat you with respect. I love my new SUV and this was the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the beginning to the end I felt like they were working for my best interest. My sister had a seat replaced here. They did not put the correct seat In her car. It cost 901 dollars and she has the wrong seat. It hurts her leg and back. She is elderly and they won’t replace the seat. This is terrible customer service ! If you couldn’t find a seat that matched her car then they should have said that. She has talked to the manager in the service department! Do not trust this service department .
I have bought 2 vehicles from here. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
