My fiancé purchased a 2016 Chevy Silverado LTZ at Herb Hones, brand new $50,000 truck. His transmission went out & he has 72,000 miles on it. Herb Jones does not want to stand behind their product. When a truck cost this much money it should last longer than 72,000 miles. Please purchase elsewhere.

Take your business elsewhere! My sister in law bought a used vehicle from here on a trade. A month later and they have yet to put vehicle in her name, and she just found out she has been driving around without insurance bc it's not registered to her. Everytime she calls,she gets the run around from the sales manager stating he would call back, BUT NEVER DID! To make matters worse they never took her name off the vehicle she traded in! Herb Jones doesn't care to fix it bc they got their money!!
