If you ever use the service group at Campbell Chevrolet in Bowling Green or Bachman Chevrolet in Louisville, I promise you will never go back to Herb Jones! Night and day difference.
Just left this place. Third time I brought my car in for headlight going out. Today, they decided a part was burnt out. Why wasn't someone there smart enough to figure that out on the first or second visit. Took 3 visits for Herb Jones to figure that out. Put that on your TV commercial. Of course their like minds, cost me $100.00. God Bless you folks. Hopefully one day you will get enough money.
I drove 100 miles one way and after agreeing on the terms and getting financed and signing the loan with my bank, and even getting a call from the sales man saying its all good and talking about getting the truck they turned around and sold it from under me after shaking hands and getting their word, not a good place to do business.
What a crooked dealer have the loan done and sell the truck out from under you. Would not recommend typical car lot crap
