I haven't dealt with the sales department however the service department is beyond reproach. I will never go to other shops for service/repairs. I might pay a little more but I get a lot more . Trust, satisfaction and peace of mind means a lot to me. The two vehicles I own were purchased from Herb Jones Chevrolet brand new.
