I bought my Forester there in 2009 and have used their Service Department for all my servicing needs ever since. Their Service Department, especially Ken, ts very accommodating, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them!
I got service for my 2017 Forester and found that Vitaly was not available, Rodney was more than happy to help us more than expected. Rodney was also able to help with letting me know where to get my car repaired for damages and was happy to answer more questions. He was kind enough to meet all of my needs and the customer service on the telephone and in person are wonderful. Definitely continuing my service with them in the future.
Great experience at Herb Gordon Subaru from Sales to Service. I got my 2017 WRX last fall and have been madly in love with it ever since. After prematurely losing the transmission on our 2013 Outback we contacted them immediately. They assured us that they would do whatever they could to help! They gave us an outstanding trade in on the car and got us an additional discount. Within 2 days we were driving a brand new 2017 outback! Our sales rep, Al Goldberg was outstanding!!!!
