I've been coming here for a little over a year. Vitality Khlebnikov is fantastic, always greeting with a smile and asking how my family and I are. He always helps me understand what is occurring with my car and there are quick turn arounds for service jobs.
We've been customers for about 8 years now and even purchased a second Subaru because of how awesome the service department is. Vitaliy (and usually Ken in Vitaliy's absence) is awesome and always takes great care of us. He knows us by both name and face and that goes far in the customer service world. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. They've been servicing it since 2008, has 160,000 miles on it, yet still has lots of life left.
Bought a 2015 Legacy in April from Herb Gordon and absolutely love this car! I recently hit a pothole and sliced my tire. Vitaliy Khebnikov was awesome getting the tire ordered and taking care of my Legacy. Super professional and excellent service. I wouldn't take my Legacy anywhere else to be serviced. I was in and out the door with a new Impreza in under two hours. Jim Boratenski was patient, helpful, attentive,and not at all pushy. Jim (and all of the staff I dealt with) made every effort to make the process as quick and easy as possible. This is the 5th time I've bought a car, and it was by far the most pleasant. If I'm still in the area next time I'm in the market, I'll definitely go back.
We recently bought a 2015 Subaru Forester. We only went to Herb Gordon Subaru for a test drive, but one drive was all we needed to realize this was our car. And the buying experience couldn't have been any better. Rodrigo answered all of our questions knowledgeably and patiently. He and Brian made the entire process efficient and pleasant.
