We bought an Outback from Herb Gordon 3 years ago, brand new. This 2014 model was one of the unfortunate ones with oil consumption problems. We have been working on trying to get an answer to this for awhile, but with the full support of the staff at Herb Gordon. I have to single out Vitaly, as he has been my advocate since day one to get this fixed. We do have get the engine replaced, but with our extended warranty it will be covered. I have always received excellent service from Herb Gordon.
Thank you Rodrigo Andrade, Paolo Perez, Jason, Bryan Liddiard. The last 3 weeks have been a struggle. My Subaru saved my life, you gave the opportunity for another adventure. I feel, special, safe and fortunate to have met so many wonderful people at a dealership. Mr. Gordon these young men are wonderful. Rod you really came through with a car beyond my expectations. Had to get a new car after my 2004 subaru outback was rear-ended. Of course I got a new Subaru Outback. I chose to get my new Outback from Herb Gordon Subaru and am very glad I did so. Gary Grace and everyone else at Herb Gordon went the extra mile to get me a Subaru with the options my family wanted and made the process as painless as possible. Thanks!

Seriously the best service I have ever received at a car dealer. Ken, Vitaliy, and Laurie who work in service, as well as everyone else I have had contact with there has been so helpful and friendly. My front driver side axle broke and I almost lost a wheel during rush hour in downtown DC. I had my car towed after hours and was met in the showroom with a loaner car all ready for me. Top notch. Much, much better than Fitzgerald. Vitaliy was an exceptional service manager. Matthew Meyers was the tech and he was professional and thorough. He handled my car like it was his own. No oil smudge marks on the fender like at the other dealership I took it to (see above). Car feels tight and new. Overall A++ experience. I will take the car there for all my dealer needs! It's too bad it's in Silver Spring and not close to home.
