The service time was quick and painless. The service advisor Vitaliy Khlebnikov was very knowledge and took great care of me and also my car. He gave me up to date updates and reports on the progress of the car. Overall a wonderful experience.
Herb Gordon has been servicing my Subarus since 2005; they have always provided outstanding service. Recently I encountered an unexpected problem with my Crosstrek Hybrid while I was out of the area so I was unable to have it serviced at Herb Gordon. I called Herb Gordon for a second opinion on the situation, they had never seen the issue but the service manager recommended I call Subaru's service line to see if they could offer any assistance or guidance. Every time i walk in for oil change or service Rodney Rodgers is always great help.
Mile One/ Herb Gordon Subaru performed takata air bags warrenty work. Car was returned the next day, looking better than when I dropped it off. Vitality Khlebnikov provided an Enterprise Rental, and promptly notified me when he realized the work would not be completed in one day. Vitality was great to deal with.
Look for Rodney Rogers. He handled my maintenance and everything went smoothly. I was in and out in exactly an hour.
Very efficient, great service, and great customer service. I’m a huge fan of the express service, I never make an appointment and they always treat me like I’m the only customer in the building. The service department greets me by name and has me in and out with great service and a car wash as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!
Our 2010 Forester decided to have engine problems while we were visiting family in Maryland over Thanksgiving. We called over to Herb Gordon in Silver Spring and were told to come down right away. The customer service was exceptional. We were given a loaner for the entire time our car was in the shop- this included a drive home to NC for the week- and even given a larger loaner to accommodate our dog.
