RecommendedHerb Gordon Subaru always takes great care to work around my unpredictable schedule. I recently had an issue that required a part being replaced that had just gone over the warranty mileage. Harry Price asked that the warranty be applied, saving me, and taking great care of my car. Definitely my hero and my car is running well again!
Vitaliy Khlebnikov is an excellent service team manager in the service department. He made sure my Forester received proper service today, as he has for many years. He also made sure I wasn't over charged. He goes out of his way to keep me informed and to make sure things are done right. I highly recommend!

A terrific visit as always. I was pressed for time but they squeezed me in to perform a 30,000 mile service. Everyone nice, competent and efficient. Michael Goodman the Service Advisor took charge, made sure I was comfortable as I waited and kept me up to the minute as to the process. He is an excellent ambassador for the Herb Gordon Service Department. Thanks to all! I’ll be back when service is needed.
Love this place, great service and comfortable waiting area. Love that they give free donuts in the morning and complimentary car wash and vacuum when you take your car for service. They have a waiting area where you can watch tv or sit at a desk and plug in your laptop. They have snack machines too and free hot chocolate and coffee. My service advisor for the last few years has been Rodney and he is the BEST! There is a service center closer to my house but I travel further to come to this one as they are more professional.
My experience with the staff of Herb Gordon Subaru from the day one when I Was looking for the new car is excellent.
The facility is clean. I like that they have a children’s play area separate from the general waiting area. They have free coffee and donuts also. My service advisor is Vitaly. He is friendly and courteous. I like that he is honest and transparent about the charges of the said services. He gives practical advices for my outback but ultimately he lets me decide on what services needed to be done. Highly recommended this place.
Your financing staff, Gentlemen that attended U of OHIO, messed up my paperwork!!!!!!!! I am very upset.
