The people there are friendly, competent, honest and skilled in what they do...from sales, to service and maintaining contact with specials and service notifications.
I have serviced my forester since my purchase in 2016. I find the staff knowledgeable and ready to help the customer. The wait times are reasonable and I found the lounge area on the 2nd floor useful for getting some work done while waiting for the service to be completed. So far I have no complaints on my car services.
We have had our Crosstrek for a year now. Wonderful car and our service advisor Mike Goodman is superb. We like everything about Herb Gordon Subaru and the quality of Subaru cars.
