RecommendedDrove the most beautiful white pearl Outback at your dealership this morning. Came in to “do the deal” and Mr. Gary did not even try to present options. Drove down the road and got the same thing at Fitzgerald’s. Might come your way for service...just wasn’t meant to be.
Big thumbs up to Vitaliy and Ed at Herb Gordon Subaru - I added an unhappy post on Monday after a disappointing experience when I took my Outback in for repair. I am happy to report not only did they make everything right but they made me a customer for life and future Subaru buyer-I can highly recommend Herb Gordon and will to all my friends. They really do care and Vitaliy is awesome to work with .I deleted my negative post -Thank you for making everything right!!
Always have an amazing experience bring my vehicle to Herb Gordon Subaru! They always have refreshments and go out of their way to make you feel at home, especially my service advisor Rodney who takes care of me whenever I come in! I would highly recommend this spot and will be continuing to return there in the future!
The service department is top notch. I bought my Subaru at another dealership, but never liked the service there. Felt they were rude and overpriced. I tried another dealership, also unimpressed. Found Herb Gordon Subaru and have enjoyed the relationship. My service advisor Michael Goodman takes time to listen to what needs attention, helps to determine the problem and keeps me apprised of service as needed. The waiting areas are clean and well kept. Another great experience at herb Gordon. Michael Goodman the Service coordinator had my back and researched my car issue to determine that what could have been an extremely expensive repair was in the end covered by manufacturer/dealer . Got a loaner car and had my car back by the next day by noon. Also there was a sweet mechanic who showed me the exact issue inside the car. Always an excellent experience with this dealer and Michael is the best. Ask for him.
I purchased my car here and got a very reasonable price. I take my car back for every service. Michael is the best! I truly feel like I am given honest assessments and recommendations each time my car if serviced. The free car wash and nice waiting area is an added bonus. Laurie is also incredibly friendly and always helpful! I feel like family every time I visit. Their customer service is top notch!
