I wouldn't take my Legacy anywhere else but HG Subaru!
I don't normally review places, but I loved coming here! :) I was a little unsure at first, since I just relocated from another state, and it was my first time getting any service done to my car by myself. However, Rodney was super nice and friendly, and he made sure that I felt comfortable and kept me in the loop! I love the atmosphere and staff--I will definitely be coming back!
From the entire sales being a 5 star process to coming in for services (over 80k miles between my wife and I in less than 3 years) this is how a team is meant to operate. All a consumer and customer sees is teamwork, lots of care in the work environment and the end result is efficient sales, service and happy to return customers! Herb Gordan Suburu provides impeccable service! I was having an issue with my car and was in the area. I called the dealership and they told me to stop by. The car issues were taken care of within an hour. Their customer service is outstanding--I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
