So frustrating when you pay extra for service to be taken care of but they won't let you check in for an oil change after 5 they don't close till six.

A special thanks goes to the service department. I work as a paramedic in Knox County and the Check Engine light on one if our ambulances kept coming on. We stopped by while we were in town to see if they could check it for us. They immediately put us at the front of the line and replaced the part we needed which got us on the road and back in service in no time flat.
